In association with the National String Quartet Foundation, the Lir Quartet present 'Young at Heart', a programme featuring one of Haydn's late string quartets (Op. 76, No. 1 in G major), Mendelssohn's youthful String Quartet in A minor (Op. 13), and Bullens Bay, a new commission from award-winning Cork composer Linda Buckley.
