Cornerstone on the Court of Protection - Annual Conference

What to expect

The subjects that will be discussed at the conference are as follows: 

• Deprivation of liberty post AGNI;
• Managing contact in residential care;
• Expert evidence on capacity, practice and procedure;
• Transition cases; and
• Case law update 

These 40 minute sessions will be led by Cornerstone Barristers' leading experts in the Court of Protection. A full programme with confirmed topics will be released shortly. 

Any practitioners operating within the Court of Protection are welcome to attend, whether from local authority or private practice background.
