Set within the historic St Ives Arts Club, where the beginnings of the famous St Ives arts colony were founded and where Atlantic waves literally crash against the building and which provides stunning views of the harbour, is our Basic watercolour painting workshop.

Experienced watercolour painter Kerry Grant (CWS) will lead this skills- based learning workshop which is aimed at those who have little or no experience, with painting in watercolour. Its aim is to provide you with key essential information that will give you the practical skills you need to get you started. Kerry will guide you through a step-by-step process that will give you the main techniques that you need to paint with confidence and develop your painting practice with this beautiful, dynamic and delicate medium.
