✨ Come Home to Yourself | A Winter Retreat✨
With Dawn and Kati
Sunday 6th December 2-5pm
An afternoon of sacred rest, reconnection & inner exploration
Step out of the pre-Christmas craziness for a while. Put down the to-do lists, the expectations and pressure of the season, and gift yourself an afternoon to let go and simply BE.
To slow down and soften. To breathe a little deeper. To come home to yourself and fill your cup with whatever your body and soul are calling for at this time of year.
Snuggled at the edge of the woods, our beautiful green tin chapel will welcome you into its cosy embrace, with a roaring log burner, blankets, pillows and the gentle invitation to lay down the weight of the world for a while.
Held in this intimate and nurturing space, surrounded by the warmth of the fire and the beauty of the natural world, we'll gather together to nourish ourselves, reconnect with our inner wisdom and listen to the quieter whispers beneath the noise of everyday life.
Your hearts will be warmed by ceremonial cacao, and your souls nourished by an afternoon woven with intention, deep rest and soulful exploration. And, of course, there'll be delicious homemade cake to share as we gently return to the world.

A journey inward, held by nature, sound and sacred space.
We'll begin by landing gently together in circle, opening our hearts and tuning into the energies of this time of year. Through gentle sharing and intention setting, we'll explore what is stirring within us, what we may be ready to release, and what wisdom we wish to carry with us into the weeks ahead.
Kati Vernon will guide you on a vision quest into the woods, inviting you to step away from the familiar and deepen your connection with the natural world. The woods will hold and support you as you drop deeply into the energies of this time of year in nature. This is an opportunity to listen, to explore, and to open yourself to the clarity, guidance or insight that may be waiting to find you.
Returning to the warmth of the chapel, with the log burner cracking and glowing, we'll gather around ceremonial cacao or mugwort tea, allowing ourselves to soften into the heart space and make room for whatever is unfolding within.
Dawn Harding will then guide you into an immersive and balancing sound journey. Snuggled safely beneath blankets, supported by pillows and held in the warmth of this sacred space, you'll be invited to surrender to the soothing vibrations of sound, allowing your mind to quieten, your body to settle and your whole being to sink into deep relaxation and stillness.
As the sounds gently fade, the rhythmic beat of the drum will invite you into a shamanic journey to the Lower World, a place traditionally associated with the natural world and its wisdom. Here, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a loving guide and receive whatever wisdom, guidance or insight may support and nourish you as you move through the coming weeks.
Together, we will create space to bolster our inner resources, deepen our connection with ourselves and one another, and remember the wisdom that lives within us.
We'll close our afternoon in circle, sharing connection, enjoying homemade cake and gently integrating our experiences before stepping back out into the world.

Come as you are. Bring whatever you're carrying. Give yourself permission to let go and receive.
No previous experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore, to listen and to simply be at one with yourself.
This is your invitation to pause in the midst of the seasonal whirlwind. To choose to step out of doing and drop into being. To tend to yourself as lovingly as you tend to everyone else. To remember that you, too, deserve to be nourished.
You’ll leave feeling softer, more grounded and deeply replenished — with a little more space in your heart, a little more clarity in your mind, and a renewed connection to the wisdom within you.
So that when you return to the world, you can meet the season ahead not from a place of depletion, but from a place of connection, presence and inner abundance.
🌿 Come and rest with us awhile. The world can wait. 🌿
