Join us for a magical family Christmas experience on our farm in East Devon.

Visit us at Cotley Farm to see real Reindeer and other animals in the beautiful decorated barns, and enjoy a more traditional feel to the season.

You can feed the reindeer, walk through our tree barn to select your perfect tree or treat yourself to a toasted marshmallow, cosy hot chocolate and home made cake. Our festive Christmas shop is full of quirky decorations and tasty local produce. 

CHARGES ARE £10.00 PER CAR (not per person)

Ticket cost will be refunded if you buy a Christmas tree.

If you wish to visit with a group (preschool/special needs/care home etc.) in a larger vehicle please contact us directly and do not book through this site.

On booking a slot to visit Cotley Farm, we appreciate any donations to our chosen charity ‘Ripple Effect’ (Formerly Send a Cow), which does a great job at training farmers in Africa to lift themselves out of poverty.

Prior to visiting, please print off your QR code or have it ready on your phone when you arrive. On arrival, you will be welcomed at the entrance to have your ticket scanned.  Please remember, you will not be able to visit without having booked your slot online.

Saturday 21st November, Friday 27th November - Thursday 24th December (closing midday)

10:00am - 5:30pm weekdays, 10:00am - 6:30pm weekends. Late night openings on Friday 27th November and Friday 4th December until 8pm.

No cancellation within two days of the event.

To cancel your ticket, please click the 'Manage Tickets' link on the bottom of your ticket confirmation. This will then send you an email with a link to log into your account, allowing you to cancel your tickets. Our system does not allow us to rearrange tickets, so if you would like to rebook a new ticket, please re-visit our booking website.
