Join us for a dreamy wellbeing fitness retreat, just an hour outside Lisbon, from 22nd-25th June. gals who sweat, in collaboration with Counterpoise Wellness, is hosting this Portugal gals trip - the perfect blend of girly time, fitness, self love and wholesome vibes. Where: In a gorgeous Portuguese villa surrounded by stunning views, mountains and nearby beaches just 25 minutes from Lisbon. *Exact location will be shared with those who have secured a spot closer to the time. *This retreat is exclusively for those who have booked into the trip*

Wake up: coffee, walk and chill
Nutritious Breakfast
10:00 AM - Morning movement class of either pilates or yoga
11:30 AM - A Therapist-led Workshop: self confidence/intentions/self love etc
1:00 PM - Nutritious Lunch, Fresh fruit and snacks
2:30 PM - 30 minute sweaty sculpt session
Pool/Reading/Relaxing time
5:30 PM - Girl Dinner

Where does the trip start and finish? At our Portugal Villa - Ubers available.
Are the bathrooms shared? Yes you will be sharing bathrooms with either one or two other retreaters.
Are my flights included in this ticket price? No they are not, the sooner you book these the better prices start from around £40 return!
Will there be a group chat for this retreat to ask lots of questions? Yes Gals Who will create a Whatsapp group for all ticket holders to get to know each other and ask questions before we go!
What's the most convenient airport? Lisbon Airport.
How do I get from the airport to the Spanish villa? *Transfers are not included but can be easily found via taxi or ubers.
*Exact location will be shared with ticket holders nearer the time.Do I have to pay the total ticket price in one go? No, you can use Paypal's Pay Later Payment option to spread the costs into smaller chunks if that works better for you or pay in full if it's easier we're flexible. Please note that Counterpoise and Gals Who Sweat have nothing to do with any payment discrepancies you will have to speak to PayPal directly in regards to failed payments.
Can I arrive on the day if there is a last minute drop-out? No, this is a ticketed retreat only and you will not be allowed to join the retreat without a pre-purchased ticket.
What kind of accommodation is provided on this trip? Gorgeous single bed twin shared bedrooms.

Are my tickets refundable? Please note that we do not offer refunds or resales outside of our resale process. However, if you're unable to attend please let us know before the 1st April 2026, and we'll be happy to assist with re-selling your ticket (on your behalf) to someone on the waiting list. While we can't guarantee a successful resale, we will do our best to support the process and help you avoid being out of pocket.
