The Monthly Unwind: An Evening of Sound & Stillness

Join me for a calming sound Journey designed to help you release the month behind you and settle into deep rest. Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments, you'll be guided into a restorative state of relaxation.

What to Expect: We’ll start with a brief relaxation exercise before beginning the sound journey. Simply relax, breathe, and allow the sounds to wash over you. I will gently guide you back after the sound journey is complete. No prior experience necessary.

Who is this for? This sound journey is ideal for anyone seeking increased energetic and emotional balance, a space to decompress, and an hour to simply take care of yourself.

• Please arrive by 5:45pm (doors will close at 5:55pm)
• Wear clothing that will allow you to rest comfortably for an hour. A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided for you. Feel free to bring any additional props like a bolster for extra support.
• Please bring water with you to stay hydrated before and after the session.
