Join me for an immersive experience where the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum gently wash over you—melting away stress and guiding you into a serene state of deep relaxation.

What to Expect: We’ll start with a brief relaxation exercise before beginning the sound journey. Simply relax, breathe, and allow the sounds to wash over you. I will gently guide you back after the sound journey is complete. No prior experience necessary.

• Wear comfortable clothing for rest. A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided. Feel free to bring extra props like a bolster for added support.
• Bring water to stay hydrated before and after the session.
