Where is the CourtReserve Catalyst?

The event will be held Pictona at Holly Hill near Daytona Beach, Florida. Pictona is located at 1060 Ridgewood Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32117. CLICK HERE and check out Pictona!

When is it?

We will have a Meet & Greet on Monday evening, February 19th, and start the training on Tuesday morning, February 20th, at 9 am. We finish up Wednesday afternoon. 

What airport should I fly into?

There are multiple airports convenient to Pictona.

• Daytona Beach International (DAB) is 17 minutes from Pictona. 
• Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 1 hour and 20 minutes from Pictona. 
• Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is 1 hour and 40 minutes from Pictona.
• Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Pictona

Are my travel expenses included?

All travel arrangements and expenses (flight, hotel, Uber, rental car, etc) are up to you to book. Pictona has established partnerships with local hotels and bed and breakfasts that you can book independently with discounts. All discounts are subject to availability and are listed in the links below.

What should I expect when I attend?

CourtReserve Catalyst will include both an educational and collaborative environment. We will have modules of CourtReserve to teach on, small group training sessions, and other times, you’ll want to engage, contribute, and offer insight to the rest of the group.

How much is the cost of Catalyst?

CourtReserve Catalyst is $597 per registration. We are limiting the number of attendees to 50 registrations to keep the event small and personal.

Can I bring an extra guest or staff member?

Subject to availability, yes. If you’re one of the early registrations, this won’t be difficult to accommodate. Each ticket is $597.

What’s included with my ticket?

Foremost, you receive a seat in the CourtReserve Catalyst to absorb two FULL days of content, training & collaboration. This will include our meet and greet on Monday evening with pickleball play. You’ll also receive lunch and dinner on Tuesday and lunch on Wednesday. We will provide snacks and drinks during the event. 

Will there be another date I can attend in 2024?

Based on the response, we anticipate adding another one in 2024, but we can’t guarantee it. We recommend that you join us now!

What should I wear?

This is professional casual. We want you to be comfortable, so we’d probably recommend what you wear regularly. Florida weather in February averages low 70's for a high and mid 50's for a low temperature range. 

Do I need note paper, computer access or other materials?

You are welcome to have a computer at your seat. Power outlets will be accessible from most seats, but we will have a charging station at the back of the room.

Will I have internet access?

Yes, absolutely.
