Who should attend a Catalyst Day?

A current admin who uses the CourtReserve platform, whether a front desk, instructor, director, or any operations or facility manager who uses CourtReserve to manage their business.

Where is the CourtReserve Catalyst?

The event will be held at the Cherry Valley Country Club. The address is 125 Country Club Dr, Skillman, NJ 08558

When is it?

Tuesday, September 30th, is all day. Check-in and networking start at 8:00, and we promptly get started at 8:30. Our day will wrap up with a final Q&A at 5:00 p.m.

What airport should I fly into?

Philadelphia International Airport is 1 Hour and 16 minutes, Newark Liberty International Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes, Lehigh Valley International Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes from the venue.

Are my travel expenses included?

You are responsible for booking all travel arrangements and expenses (flight, hotel, Uber, rental car, etc.). 

What should I expect when I attend?

CourtReserve Catalyst will include both an educational and collaborative environment. We will have CourtReserve modules to teach, small group training sessions, and other times, you’ll want to engage, contribute, and offer insight to the rest of the group.

How much is the cost of Catalyst?

CourtReserve Catalyst registration is $189, which includes snacks and lunch at the venue. To keep the event small and personal, we are limiting the number of attendees to 40 registrations. There are no refunds once tickets are purchased. You can substitute another teammate if you can not attend.

Can I bring an extra guest or staff member?

Yes, subject to availability. This won't be difficult to accommodate if you’re one of the early registrations. Each ticket is $189.

What’s included with my ticket?

First, you will receive a seat in the CourtReserve Catalyst, where you will absorb a full day of content, training, and collaboration. Each registration also receives lunch and snacks during the event.

Will there be another date I can attend in 2025?

We anticipate adding more Catalyst tour dates on the East Coast in 2025.

What should I wear?

This is professional casual. We want you to be comfortable, so we’d probably recommend what you wear regularly. 

Do I need note paper, computer access or other materials?

You are welcome to have a computer at your seat. Please come with your laptops fully charged as we don't know how many seats will have power outlets accessible.

Will I have internet access?

Yes, absolutely. These clubs have limited internet, so we may ask that you use your hotspot if you need to be online during sessions.
