In the Round at Wentworth Brown

The Rough & Tumble will spend 2027 hosting a Songwriters in the Round performance series at The Wentworth Brown House. Songwriters in the Round is a classic Nashville style of performance in which three or more songwriters gather on stage and perform one song each, one after the other, in several “rounds.” It’s a format that allows songwriters to talk about their songs, play off of one another, and interact more intimately with fellow performers and with the audience in what feels like a “behind-the-scenes” take on a regular set performance. The Rough & Tumble (Mallory Graham & Scott Tyler) will function as the “hosting” songwriters, inviting two additional nationally touring acts. The performance will be split with an intermission. The first half will consist of three songs each for performers (9 songs total). Concessions available for purchase will include beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, paninis, and desserts

This program is presented in collaboration with Court Street Arts and Music Helps.
