Coventry: CISL Roadshow

Are you a CreaTech business with ambitions to scale, secure investment, access funding, or explore new commercial opportunities? 

Hosted by the West Midlands CreaTech Innovation Scale-Up Lab (CISL), this series of regional roadshows aims to help businesses to scale through innovation, technology adoption and investment readiness. From October through to December, CISL will share updates on the programme including grants of up to 300k designed to scale your business and provide you with the necessary information and guidance to access opportunities. 

This regional roadshow is supported by CWX and Create Central with events in Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Wolverhampton, Solihull and Coventry. 

Creative Innovation meets BAS10

As part of this event, all delegates will be invited to stay for a Private View of the British Art Show 10, the UK's leading touring exhibition of contemporary art that takes place every five years. Developed and produced by Hayward Gallery Touring.

All events are free to attend, but securing a ticket ahead of time is essential. 

What is CISL?

WM CISL is part of the Local Innovation Partnership Fund, a 5-year investment of £50 million into the West Midlands. The Creative Technologies strand is a total investment of £10 million for the sector which is designed to drive industrial transformation across the region and bring together advanced manufacturing, immersive technologies, AI-enabled design, digital engineering and cross-sector R&D into a single, connected ecosystem.

By Train: Coventry Railway Station is approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the venue, or a short taxi ride. Regular rail services connect Coventry with Birmingham, London, Manchester and other major cities. 

By Bus: The venue is located within Coventry city centre and is easily accessible via local bus services. Coventry Pool Meadow Bus Station is within walking distance. 

By Car: The venue is located near Coventry city centre. Use postcode CV1 5PH for directions. Visitors are advised to use nearby public car parks.
