Need help?
Want to flex your graphic art skills and help shape the future of public transport in our community?
Join artist and designer Emer Tumilty for a creative workshop celebrating everything we love – big and small – about our local area. Together, we’ll imagine a greener, fairer future and bring it to life through bold, colourful campaign posters, journey maps, and love letters to our place.
We’ll take inspiration from the powerful work of Sister Corita Kent, Atelier Populaire, and protest art from around the world.
This free workshop is for children aged 5–16, accompanied by a parent or carer. Children aged 8 and over may attend independently. Please book a ticket for each person attending.
The workshop will run twice during the day – please select your preferred session when booking.
Support
Cove Park is a charity and most of our funding for our residencies and engagement workshops is paid by trusts, foundations and individual donors. Creative Scotland currently funds just 25% of our annual costs and individual philanthropy is essential to sustain our work.
Our Saturday Studio programme provides an inspiring environment for self-expression through creative education. Without this engagement initiative, young people in our rural community would not have access to free and consistent creative activity. Cove Park's new Argyll Associates programme invites individuals and families based locally to become a partner in helping us to enrich arts, culture, and creativity in Argyll. If you would like to help underwrite the costs required to keep our Saturday Studio workshops free and open, you can join our Argyll Associates programme or give a donation when booking.
