NEW YEAR GALA Dinner Dance with Hetty Loxston and Marco Marconi Trio

A Gala Evening of great music, dinner, dance and fun to finish the year off at your Cowshed Jazz Club.

We have managed to secure a fabulous Jazz Singer Hetty Loxston accompanied by our very own Marco Marconi Trio.

They will be performing a great repertoire from 1920's swing to present day Pop and Soul but feels most at home singing vintage jazz and latin styles. Having lived in Italy for 5 years, Hetty is a fluent Italian speaker and developed a range of timeless Italian songs, jazz and folk music. She has been playing with Marco Marconi for some years. Hetty also likes to weave into her set exotic Spanish and Cuban songs, French chanson and Brazilian Bosa Nova.

Hetty has experience at performing in some of Londons prestigious venues including Annabels Mayfair, The V&A Museum, and the Shangri La, Shard. International performances have taken her to Egypt, Superyachts in Portovenere, Florence and Lake Garda, Pisa, and Taormina.

Recent festivals have included Henley Jazz Festival, Aldeburgh Music Festival and the Blues Festival in Valcea, Romania.

The evening will INCLUDE a full Food Menu comprising a "rolling" Buffet brought to your tables including Roast Chicken with Accompaniments  and a selection selection of Cheeses. Please advise if your table has any special dietary requirements. Welcome Sparkling Wine will be provided on your arrival.

The evening will turn into a party at 11.30 when we will have a DJ providing retro 70's/80's music suitable music for dancing to bring in the New Year.

It is not shown on the seating plan, but the central tables in the auditorium will be removed for this event to allow for dancing during the evening.
