CPRE Gloucestershire Awards Ceremony 2026 - kindly sponsored by Loxley Solicitors
CPRE Gloucestershire are delighted to invite you to our 2026 Awards Ceremony. Now in its nineteenth year, our Awards celebrate the inspiring projects and dedicated individuals making a lasting difference to Gloucestershire’s countryside, environment and communities.
This year's ceremony will be held in The Gillyflower at the Elmore Estate, a beautifully sustainable venue renowned for its innovative use of estate-sourced materials and environmentally conscious design. Fittingly, the venue is also a previous recipient of a CPRE Gloucestershire Award.
The event will shine a spotlight on this year’s Award-winning projects, recognising their outstanding contributions to Gloucestershire’s countryside and communities.
Guests will enjoy a selection of delicious homemade refreshments, with plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow supporters of the countryside and environmental sector. A fundraising raffle will also take place, offering the chance to win a range of fantastic prizes.
We are also proud to present, for the first time, the Richard Lloyd Countryside Champion Award. Established in memory of our Vice Chair, Richard Lloyd, this special award will recognise an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to Gloucestershire’s countryside and natural environment.
About our Awards
Launched in 2007 and spearheaded by our Vice Chair, Richard Lloyd MBE, the CPRE Gloucestershire Awards recognise projects that demonstrate sustainability while delivering significant environmental and community benefits. Our Awards have celebrated 101 remarkable initiatives across the county — from farm shops and community-led projects to wildlife conservation schemes and affordable housing developments. Learn more about our Awards scheme here.
In memory of Richard Lloyd, we are proud to present a new Award in 2026 - the Richard Lloyd Countryside Champion Award.
