Come and join me and explore the power of breathwork on this 90 minute class.
This small intimate class will give you a supported and nurturing space to put yourself first, alleviate stress and anxiety and let go of things that may be holding you back.
Why breathwork?
Through our breath we can access the subconscious that we don't access in our normal day to day. With this access, we are able to explore old belief patterns, release stored emotions and rewire your nervous system.

It is hard to describe the benefits of breathwork, because each experience is so different, but think coming out of the session with

What you will need to bring
- Water
- Blanket (whatever will make you comfortable)
- Warm clothes and socks (especially now the temperate has dropped)
Make sure food is digested 2 hours before the session and that you reduce caffeine intake minimum 3hours before the session.
**Please arrive promptly - if you arrive later than 10 minutes after the session has started you wont be let in and you wont be offered a refund.
