CP Safe & Sober Grad Nite is a safe, drug and alcohol-free all-night affair that is organized through the Senior Events Committee, the help of hundreds of volunteers and monetary donations obtained by local businesses. It is an annual parent-sponsored event. It was developed by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in 1985. Grad Nite is a registered non-profit, so all donations are tax deductible Tax ID:68-0315408
