Run, Walk, Stroll, or Roll for Iowa's smallest fighters!

When: October 21-23, 2022 Choose which day and time works best for you. Or spread it out over the 3 days!

Where: Wherever you want! Pick your favorite trail, park, or neighborhood route. If it's raining or cold, do it on a treadmill or at a local gym!

How it Works: Post selfies or group photos and tag Cradling New Life on Facebook and/or Instagram. 

Make it Fun!: Get creative and make the 5K yours! What makes your race unique? Costumes? Yes, please! Stroller or bicycle parade? Absolutely! Gorgeous sunrise or sunset? Show us!

Why?: Feel free to share your time for the distance but it is not required. Instead, share your city, state, and why you're participating. In honor of a NICU baby? In memory of someone? To support Cradling New Life and raise NICU awareness?
