Craft & Work: LDN 2026
Craft & Work: LDN 2026
We're Back!
Craft & Work returns to London for our fourth event in the city, bringing together a small group of soloists, founders and leaders from the Shopify ecosystem and beyond who are building agencies, apps and digital businesses.
The room is filled with people doing the work — building companies, leading teams, navigating growth, and figuring things out as they go.
One Ticket. Two Great Gatherings.
Your ticket includes two chances to be in the room — a relaxed evening gathering on Thursday 8th October and the full Craft & Work event on Friday 9th October.
Thursday 8 October 2026 (6pm-9pm) — The Amuse Bouche
A relaxed pre-event evening at ReCharge HQ in London. A chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, and ease into the event ahead of the main day.
Friday 9 October 2026 (9am-5pm) — The Main Event
A full day at Wallacespace Clerkenwell with guest speakers, honest discussions, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and end-of-day drinks.
Your ticket gives you access to both the warm-up event and the main day.
What is Craft & Work?
Craft & Work is an intimate event series designed for people building and running creative, digital and technology businesses.
Many attendees come from the Shopify Partner ecosystem — agencies, app developers and consultants — but over time we've welcomed founders and leaders from a wider mix of businesses who share the same curiosity and openness.
Craft & Work isn't a sit-and-stare conference. It's a room full of thoughtful people sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from each other's experiences.
No gurus. No formulas. Just honest conversations about what it really takes to build something meaningful.
What the Day Feels Like
Craft & Work is deliberately different from most industry events.
Instead of sitting quietly in rows watching slide decks all day, you'll spend time in conversation with people facing many of the same challenges you are — growing a business, leading a team, finding new opportunities, and figuring out what comes next.
Some moments are structured. Others are more open. Sometimes the most useful ideas come from the person sitting next to you rather than the person on stage.
The room is small on purpose. With just 50 people, everyone has the chance to contribute to the conversation and leave with new perspectives, practical ideas, and a few new connections.
Who's it For?
Craft & Work was created for people building businesses and leading teams. We often describe the audience using three slightly jargony labels — but if any of these sound like you, you'll feel right at home.
- Soloist — You are your business. While you might outsource certain tasks, most things ultimately land on your desk. You're balancing client work with sales, marketing, networking and everything else that keeps the wheels turning.
- Founder — You started or co-founded a business that now has a team behind it. Your days are likely filled with sales calls, proposals, leadership decisions and thinking about where the company goes next.
- Leader — You play a key role inside an agency, app company or digital business. You're responsible for helping the organisation grow while supporting the people around you.
Presented By
Craft & Work: LDN 2026 is presented by Mantle and The Support Heroes.
Both companies play an active role in the Shopify ecosystem and share our belief that strong communities and open conversations help everyone build better businesses. Their support helps keep Craft & Work small, thoughtful and focused on meaningful discussion rather than scale.
Patrons
Alongside our presenting partners, Craft & Work is supported by a small group of Patrons from across the ecosystem.
These companies believe in the same thing we do: that the best ideas often emerge from honest conversations between people who are actually doing the work.
Their support helps make these events possible while keeping the room intentionally small. Big thanks to:
- Sufio — The reliable invoicing solution that scales with you. Trusted by over 6,750 leading Shopify merchants.
- Recharge — The the subscription platform for the world's fastest-growing and most innovative brands.
- Zapiet — From real-time logistics to custom pricing and seamless handoffs, our apps give merchants the control and clarity to grow with confidence.
What's Happening?
The day is built around a mix of short presentations, hot-seat interviews and group discussions.
Rather than packing the schedule with back-to-back talks, we leave space for conversation so ideas can be explored properly.
Previous discussions have covered topics such as:
- Branding
- Customer Experience
- Focus
- Leadership
- Marketing
- Mindset
- Operations
- Positioning
- Pricing
- Remote Work
- Sales
- Scaling
- Storytelling
- Team Building
- Technology
And usually a few topics nobody expected when the day started.
