We’re delighted to invite you to the CSTA’s Conference Day at the beautiful Colet House in London.
Birth and rebirth sit close to the heart of craniosacral practice: the imprints we carry from our earliest beginnings and the ongoing return to wholeness that the work makes possible.
Four experienced practitioners will share their perspectives drawn from years of embodied enquiry into these threshold places.
We will also be expertly guided on an immersive sound journey by therapist and birth doula, Arlene Dunkley-Wood.
It’s a day to gather as a community—to listen deeply, reconnect and be moved again by what lies at the heart of this work.
Our 2026 speakers:
- Elissa Dell – Presence of other in embryology: A way to explore our primal landscape
- Cherionna Menzam-Sills – How the prenatal shadow infiltrates the relational field
- Sarah Nesling – The maternal midline
- Louise Toone – Our whole family system and our life force
- Arlene Dunkley-Wood - Sound bath
Our 2026 Talks

ELISSA DELL
Presence of Other in Embryology: A Way to Explore Our Primal Landscape
A dive into the ocean from a rowing boat, dipping our toes into the vast ocean as expressed in the cosmos of the developing embryo.
LOUISE TOONE
Our Whole Family System and Our Life Force
An explanation on how this model sees individuals as emerging from an extended family field, an environment that has been created by the interactions of individual family members and a whole web of relationships, handed down by previous generations.
CHERIONNA MENZAM-SILLS
How the Prenatal Shadow Infiltrates the Relational Field
Exploring how prenatal and birth traumas of both client and practitioner may arise in the relational field, how that might affect the unfolding of the inherent treatment plan, and how to address the issue.
Tickets:

- £60 CSTA members
- £25 Student
The conference is open to all Craniosacral Therapists and students, so please share with your own networks.
The Conference will take place in the Top Studio, accessible by stairs.

TfL’s current guidance is that if you’re travelling westbound to Barons Court, you should continue to Hammersmith and change there for an eastbound District or Piccadilly line train.
Alternatively, Colet House is around a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith Tube Station, which may be a straightforward option depending on your journey.
Please check TfL’s latest travel information and plan your route before setting off.
