A Saturday Night ‘At Home Concert’,  live from Chris Difford's “Writers' Garden”, in Sussex.

A unique opportunity to join the multi-award-winning songwriter/lyricist and co-founder of Squeeze, Chris Difford live from the comfort of your own sofa, with all proceeds going to the St Austell Arts Centre.

There will be three guests joining Chris for his online Zoom show this Saturday evening. They are:
Snake Davis
Snake Davis is one of the most in-demand rock soul and jazz sax players in the modern music business.
Snake is widely known for his solos on tracks such as Lisa Stansfield's “Change”, M-People's “Search For A Hero” and “Moving On Up” and the sax solo at the beginning of Take That's “A Million Love Songs”. He has played and recorded with artists ranging from James Brown to Tina Turner & Paul McCartney, and The Eurhythmics to Amy Winehouse. 

Gregor Philp
Gregor Philp, is songwriter, producer and guitarist for the mighty Deacon Blue.
Gregor has worked with Ricky Ross, and Talking Heads' David Byrne amongst others. 

Sadie Horler
Sadie is an amazing singer/songwriter, and star of the future, who played St Austell Arts Centre last year, as support for Sound of the Sirens.

In Chris's own words:
“Each day I hear about venues on the verge of closing down, dark stages haunt all actors and musicians.
The clock is ticking.
Live music venues have been my home for over 40 years so it makes sense for me to reach out from my Writers Garden and see what can be done.

We will be playing for the St. Austell Arts Centre, on Saturday, 21st November with full support and all the usual banter.”
