Whether you need a business plan for the bank or the funder or to help you focus, this interactive workshop will help you start the journey to a business plan that will work for you.
We will talk about the essential elements of business planning, focusing on your value proposition - why you do what you do and what makes you unique, and your goals, while starting on a plan that will help you get there. We will be using accessible templates to aid the day's hands-on activities, and the aim is for you to walk away at the end of the workshop with a helpful start to a business plan.
A light lunch will be provided from 1pm-2pm for opportunities to meet and connect with other attendees - please let us know whether you'd like to stay and any dietary requirements when you book.
This a free session but a £5 refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
