This workshop is about carving out time to pause, reflect and re-energize your relationship to creativity and wellbeing within your business.
The session will provide an opportunity for you to:
- Focus on cultivating awareness; what do you need to keep well and inspired so that both you and your business can thrive?
- Explore ideas for developing resilience in times of stress and uncertainty
- Experience some practical tools such as Mindfulness, yoga, breathwork and journaling practices.
Understanding the importance of wellbeing within your approach and practice as a business will improve the quality and longevity of your productivity output and innovation.
A light lunch will be provided from 1pm-2pm for opportunities to meet and connect with other attendees - please let us know whether you'd like to stay and any dietary requirements when you book.

What to Bring:
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and a notepad and pen.
About the Trainer:

This is a free session but a £5 refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
