About the event
This session is for creative sector freelancers and organisations of all sizes working in Medway who are interested in exploring how to increase the accessibility of their work. The session is led by Attitude is Everything and covers the fundamentals of accessibility, the barriers that Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people face in the arts and where you can start in making your work more accessible.

The session is led by Attitude is Everything's Inclusive Communities Manager Bee Grzegorzek (She/They). Attitude is Everything is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving access to music and live events for disabled audiences, artists, and professionals. Their vision is to see music and live event industries valuing disabled people as audience members, performers, professionals, and volunteers. The session also builds on work Access is Everything has been doing across the area to support local professionals increase the accessibility of cultural activity in Medway.
