'Smiling Promises Carried From The Sea' Art Exhibition - Mindful Photo Walks

We are delighted to be part of the wellbeing events & workshops running alongside Fleurs Du Coeur's Aldeburgh art exhibition - 'Smiling Promises Carried from the Sea'.

Join us on a relaxed,  intimate walk of just 10 people per group and experience the power of creative mindfulness. Starting at the Aldeburgh Beach Lookout, we will begin with an introduction to mindful photography, capturing anything that catches our eye - unusual shells, patterns, reflections and unexpected treasures. We will then choose a colour theme for the remainder of the walk and photograph anything we can find of that colour.

Part mindfulness practice, part creative adventure, this walk is designed to help you slow down, spark inspiration, and reconnect with your surroundings through colour and photography. No photography experience needed - just curiosity and a phone or camera. Lottie will be on hand throughout to anyone wanting to help or guidance with their photography skills.

Perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike - no pressure, no jargon, just a welcoming space to wander and be creative with like-minded people.
