For Ticket Pricing Breakdown and What's Included: 

Programming and seating are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Community-supported access is extended during check out to support artists and students pursuing creative careers.

No tickets are mailed. Please bring your email receipt to onsite registration check-in to pick up your ticket(s)
General Passes: Bring your ID.
Member Passes: You will be asked to verify your membership status. (CTN, ASIFA, TAG, WIA, SAG, IATSE, VFX and other industry organizations)
Student Passes: You will be asked for a Student ID.
For ages under 16, parental approval is required.

If you have any special needs (hearing impaired etc.), we ask that you let us know prior to October 1st, 2026. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your needs.

Refund Policy: Due to contractual obligations with vendors, location, and staffing, CTN will not be able to issue refunds if the event takes place and you are unable to attend. Though we cannot refund tickets you are free to give or sell your ticket to another person.
