Need help?
Come slow down. Move. Create. Sip. Reflect. Connect.
What happens when you combine the wisdom of yoga with the expressive power of art therapy and the healing traditions of herbalism?
Join Jen Morabito, Clinical Herbalist and Yoga Instructor, and Stephanie McLeod-Estevez, LCPC, Art Therapist and Author, for an incredible workshop that merges movement, creative expression, and herbal wisdom for your health and wellness.
Hosted by Crisp Studio in Scarborough, Maine.
Each two-hour session combines yoga, breathwork, a themed herbal tea, creative expression inspired by Grow Your Glow, and opportunities for reflection and connection.
Together, we'll practice slowing down, listening inward, getting curious about what we discover, and trusting ourselves enough to explore what is possible.
Attend one session or join us for the full four-part journey.
No yoga or art experience required. Just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.
