Massage Business Weekend Mastermind

Calling all massage business owners: Running a business can be TOUGH! It is challenging to work on year goals inside of our work environments, so let's get out of them. Jenny within the CSMA program will be creating a loosely-structured "cheap as possible" place to meet and work on our personal businesses. Location is very close to the airport, with shuttle. This is a safe space to bounce ideas off each other, network, and put our heads down and work on our own stuff for 2026 growth and success! We will have four sessions tied around specific topics to catapult this upcoming year. We will be in a small conference room (or large, depending how many people attend). Notebooks, pens, worksheets, and one drink ticket will be provided. Bring your Quickbooks info, year stats, and ideas! Can be for solopreneurs, single location owners with employees, multi-location, franchise owners, massage school owners, or anyone in a similar field!

Day 1 Saturday:

8:50am Welcome and packets

9:00-10:00 Session 1: Year-end review: Ripping the Band-Aid! Quiz, numbers, and more

10:00-12:00: worksheet to fill out, small group breakouts

Lunch or workout on own

1:30-2:30pm Session 2: Business Operations: Mountains and Valleys, Quiz and more.

2:45-5:00pm: worksheet to fill out, personal business work

Evening Drink ticket provided

After dinner: Relocation to other part of hotel if wish to continue working on your to-do lists

Day 2 Sunday:

9:00am-12:00pm 10 min Hot Seat: Your #1 challenge (and we will group help solve it)

Lunch or workout on own

1:30-2:20pm Session 4: Strategic Action Plan: Your three key takeaways

2:30-5:00pm: worksheet to fill out, personal business work

Day adjourned...have fun on the town... get on the plane... or keep plugging away... conference room will be open until 7pm!
