Description

Be the first to hear and discuss the findings of the Cross-Party Group on Sustainable Transport's inquiry into public transport decarbonisation. This has been the focus of the CPG throughout 2023 and we are delighted to invite you to join us as we announce the findings of the inquiry report.

This finale CPG session of 2023 will include a drinks reception as well as:

  • An introduction from CPG convenor Graham Simpson MSP
  • An overview of decarbonisation in transport from the Transport Minister Fiona Hyslop MSP
  • A presentation from Transform on the inquiry report, opportunities and actions for a climate-friendly transport network
  • A discussion with an expert panel from the rail, bus and ferry sectors


This event will be held in-person at the Scottish Parliament (Committee Room 2).
