A Night in Marrakesh: Fundraising Dinner for the Croydon Buddhist Centre

Tickets: £60, £40, or £30 (pay what you can, extra donations welcome to help us reach our £1,500 target!)

The Centre Team is inviting you to our annual fundraising dinner, which we are hosting to meet our yearly target in a delicious way! 

Last year, without leaving the Buddhist Centre, we took a trip to Andalucía and raised over £1,000. This year we're going somewhere different, but just as magical: Marrakesh! The Centre will be transformed, and you'll be transported to Morocco, with a delicious three-course vegan meal, and Mike Philips' guitar playing. 

It will be a truly atmospheric evening, and a chance to slow down, connect, and enjoy something beautiful together, in a slightly different way than you're used to at the Buddhist Centre. It's also a wonderful chance to bring non-Buddhist friends and family, and a relaxing way for them to see the Centre and meet sangha friends.

This event is a fundraiser for the Buddhist Centre – helping our wonderful building and community thrive into the future, while also sharing an evening to remember. 

Our fundraising target and tickets 

Our fundraising target for the event is £1,500 – this amount will help us reach our annual target by the end of June!  We're asking you to pay either £60, £40, or £30 per ticket, depending on what you can afford. Please note that the tickets are transferable but non-refundable. We welcome donations in addition to the ticket price - anything extra will help us reach our target!
