Croydon Family Hubs Partnership Event

We are very pleased to be able to invite you to this great opportunity to explore the development of Family Hubs in Croydon.

Please come and join us to celebrate the continued development of Family Hubs in Croydon which will be led by the Family Hubs Transformation team and Interface Consultancy. 

Agenda for the day: 

• Registration 9.30a.m.

• Presentations and Discussion re Family Hubs Agenda
• Lunch and refreshments
• Information Stalls hosted by Partners

Objectives: 

• Build a shared understanding of Family Hubs with aims of providing a 0 to 19 ( up to 25 years for SEND) offer for children, young people and families
• Commitment to working towards Family Hubs in Croydon by agreeing a shared vision
• Multi-agency opportunity to help shape Family Hubs in Croydon, including partners and parents in this journey

To encourage participation across the range of services we have limited tickets to two per service area. However please contact us directly if you have any further requests and we will aim to accommodate if there is availability.

Parking: You can access the Directors’ carpark via Holmesdale Road. Please see map below for directions.

Bus: 468, 75, 410 and 157, further information can be found on Guide: Visiting Selhurst Park - Crystal Palace F.C.

Rail: The nearest railway stations are Selhurst, Thornton Heath and Norwood Junction. The stadium is within a 15 minute walk from each of these stations.

There will be refreshments throughout the day and a sandwich lunch available.
