Sound Bath Experience | Lockerley and East Dean Memorial Hall, Butts Green, Lockerley, SO51 0JG

A sound bath is a gentle relaxation experience where the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and the ocean drum wash over you, helping to calm your mind, ease tension in your body, and create a sense of deep rest.

There is nothing you need to do - no movement, no effort, no previous experience, you simply get comfortable in your space, close you eyes, and allow the sounds to guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.

Sound bath sessions are open to all, and you are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you - you may sit or lie down during the session.

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are all provided, simply arrive and relax.
