Sound Bath Experience | Hill Rise Hall, Brighton Hill, Basingstoke, RG22 4JZ

A Sound Bath is a gentle relaxation experience where the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of the instruments wash over you, helping to calm your mind, ease tension in your body, and create a sense of deep rest.

There is nothing you need to do - no movement, no effort, no previous experience, you simply get comfortable in your space, close you eyes, and allow the sounds to guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.

Sound Bath sessions are open to all, and you are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you - you may sit or lie down during the session.

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are all provided, simply arrive and relax.
