Join us for the Crystal Palace Community Cinema launch event. For our very first screening, Crystal Palace Community Cinema presents Andrew Haigh’s acclaimed ALL OF US STRANGERS - a beautiful, haunting love story rooted in South London.

About the Film

One night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, Adam (Andrew Scott) has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbor Harry (Paul Mescal), which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life. As a relationship develops between them, Adam is preoccupied with memories of the past and finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up, and the childhood home where his parents (Claire Foy and Jamie Bell), appear to be living, just as they were on the day they died, 30 years before.

About the Event

A beautiful story of love, loss and memory, Andrew Haigh’s ALL OF US STRANGERS stars Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal against a distinctly South London backdrop. With Haigh himself born locally, there’s something especially fitting about beginning our own story as a South London community cinema with one of his most personal films.

This event marks the launch of Crystal Palace Community Cinema, a new non-profit cinema bringing great films to spaces across Crystal Palace. We’re starting at Upper Norwood Library, with plans for regular screenings that bring people together through film.

We’ll have drinks, popcorn and snacks available to buy on the night and there's an option to make a donation when buying your ticket. As a non-profit cinema, every purchase and donation will help us get the cinema off the ground, support future screenings and build a sustainable community cinema for Crystal Palace.

The screening will take place in the Burgundy Room at Upper Norwood Library. The space is wheelchair accessible, with a step-free guest entrance via a lift and accessible toilets nearby.

Ticket Refunds & Returns

We understand that plans can change. Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the advertised start time of the screening.

To request a refund, please email hello@crystalpalacecinema.co.uk with your booking confirmation number.

If a screening is cancelled or significantly changed by Crystal Palace Community Cinema, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price and any booking fees paid.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear.

As a small, volunteer-run community cinema, we really appreciate as much notice as possible if you’re unable to attend.
