The Cambridge University Gilbert and Sullivan Society exists to put on high quality productions of (primarily) the operettas of Gilbert and Sullivan. The society also enjoys a vibrant social life.
Run entirely by young people in higher education around Cambridge, CUG&SS is proud to be able to make operetta accessible to many students, and to provide an entry to theatre for performers, designers and technicians. From Cambridge College chapels and concert halls, to professional theatres and now even English Heritage ruins, CUG&SS is all about bring production teams and audiences together for wonderful shows.
