Spring is in the air!

Why not join me to make a beautiful 'Spring Art Masterpiece Tart'? 

It's an easy puff pastry tart loaded with vegetables of different colors of the rainbow and a clever way for children to join in too!

Why not get each family member to make their own masterpiece, and then eat it!

Making food colorful is a good way of eating a diverse variety of nutrients, and this tart does just that!

Lunch or dinner is served in around 30 minutes!

A list of ingredients and equipment list is sent out prior event ( minimal I promise!) and you get a choice of what ingredients to choose from. I will share how I make wild garlic capers which are a great accompaniment to this tart. Wild Garlic Caper's recipe features in my recently published book Forager's Notebook which is available on Amazon.

The event is conducted via zoom and a replay is sent out after the event. 

Tickets are £8 ( including £0.50 booking fee) per household and hope to see you there!
