This course is for anybody interacting with and responding to reports, including; Wellbeing Teams, HR, Case Workers, Harassment Advisors, Employee Relations, EDI teams.

The learning objectives for this session are to:

• Build key, foundational/introductory knowledge and understanding around Gender-based Violence that can be applied to responding to reports, in order to respond to reports more effectively and build trust in your organisation’s response to GBV reports

• Provide key considerations to take when approaching reports of Gender-based Violence to minimise risk and keep yourself, the reporting party and any victim-survivors as safe as possible
