You must attend the core Responding to Reports programme to attend this follow on session.
This course is for anybody interacting with and responding to reports, including; Wellbeing Teams, HR, Case Workers, Harassment Advisors, Employee Relations, EDI teams.
The learning objectives for this session are to:
Build key, basic knowledge and understanding around what an anti-oppressive approach to practice is, and what it means to adopt an anti-oppressive approach to responding to reports on Report and Support specifically
Providing key considerations and good practice when approaching reports submitted by equity-deserving, marginalised communities, in order to respond to reports in a way which builds their trust in your Report and Support platform
