13:00 - Energiser and Action Learning Sets - ALS is a method used to facilitate problem solving of work based issues between peers. The main aim is to come away with a greater understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. So bring with you any work based problem you are trying to overcome and you'll get a dedicated 15 minutes with peers to help you.

The ALS may be a valuable space to discuss E6, and we encourage you to bring those conversations here. If you’d like to focus on this topic, let us know, we’ll ensure you’re grouped with others who share the same interest.
