Community of Practice Event September 2025

An in-person Community of Practice event for Culture Shift's partners.

These events are designed to support partner organisations’ broader goals and objectives in addressing culture damaging behaviour. These sessions will cover a range of topics throughout the year. You'll have an opportunity to network with other people in similar roles who are tackling similar challenges.

10:00 - Welcome and Ice breaker

10:20 - Culture Shift Updates - An opportunity to hear about Culture Shift’s latest developments in our products and service.

10:45 - Workshop, Part 1: The Egalitarian focused on:

• Workplace inclusivity in relevant industries
• Creating an empowering, respectful workplace
• Escalating harmful incident
• Being an effective ally

11:30 - Break

11:45 - Workshop, Part 2: The Egalitarian (content as above)

12:30 - Lunch - Hot buffet lunch

13:30 - Action Learning Sets - ALS is a method used to facilitate problem solving of work based issues between peers. The main aim is to come away with a greater understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. So bring with you any work based problem you are trying to overcome and you'll get a dedicated 15 minutes with peers to help you.

15:15 - Exhibit A: Our Work - The Gallery of How We Tell Our Story 
This will be an interactive session, led my attendees

16:00 - Check outs and close

To ensure all partners are able to attend free places are limited to two people per *eligible partner.

Additional attendees may be permitted if spaces allows, please speak to your Customer Success Manager to discuss booking additional spaces. Additional attendee's will be invoiced at £100 a person. You have the right to cancel paid for places up to 5 working days before the event, any cancellations with less than 5 working days notice will still be charged.
