An in-person Community of Practice event for Culture Shift's Gold, Advanced or Expert partners

These events are designed to support partner organisations’ broader goals and objectives in addressing culture damaging behaviour. Join us the day after the Annual Conference for continued conversations and connection.

For this quarter’s in-person community event, we are joined by Not the Only One, a specialist organisation supporting people who have experienced sexual violence.
This interactive session supports professionals across roles and sectors to strengthen how their organisations respond to survivors’ needs. Through expert insight and facilitated discussion, participants are given space to reflect on key considerations, share challenges, and explore practical ways to turn good practice into meaningful action.
Attendees will leave with clearer priorities, concrete ideas for change, and a stronger understanding of how to create lasting, survivor-centred improvements within their organisation.
