Culture SOUP, a non-profit endeavor, is committed to uniting local individuals and fostering community growth. Throughout the year, we strive to organize inspiring events in the Liverpool City Region, where you can explore remarkable projects from diverse communities and learn how to provide support.

By contributing to our micro-fund at the event entrance, you not only receive a valuable vote but also indulge in a delectable bowl of soup while deliberating on which project to support. The project with the highest number of votes receives up to £2000 from the donations collected at the door. Together, let's spread the word far and wide about the extraordinary initiatives showcased at Culture SOUP.

What to expect:

• MEET and listen to short pitches from individuals who are making a difference in the Liverpool City Region.
• EAT heartwarming soup and bread.
• CONNECT with like-minded individuals to discuss the pitches and share your thoughts.
• VOTE for the project you believe deserves the funds collected through sponsors, tickets sales and at the door.

A suggested donation of £10 is appreciated, but we welcome contributions of any size. Your donation entitles you to one vote and a bowl of soup. Remember, the more you give, the more the winning project will receive. Every penny from ticket sales goes directly into the winner's micro-fund.

To ensure your entry to Culturse SOUP, we now offer the option to make an upfront donation of £5. This reservation guarantees your access until 6:50pm, just 10 minutes before the pitches begin. If you anticipate arriving later, please inform us in advance at CultureSOUPlcr@gmail.com, and we will gladly hold your reservation for a longer period.

As the £5 donation contributes to your overall contribution, in line with our "pay what you can afford" policy, there is no obligation to make an additional donation at the door if you are unable to do so. Rest assured, 100% of the upfront donation will go directly to the Culture SOUP fund to award the winning pitch up to £2000, with any additional recycled back into hosting a further pitch event fund and we will cover any associated fees.

Do you possess an extraordinary idea or project?

We are continually searching for individuals to pitch their remarkable ideas at our events, and the process is as simple as answering four concise questions. The only prerequisite is that your idea or project directly impacts the Liverpool City Region, encompassing Liverpool, Halton, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral. Applications typically open about a month prior to each event, so stay connected with our social media accounts or join our mailing list to receive notifications when applications become available.
