Cure EB's Family Day 2026

If you or a family member have EB, then join us for our Family Day on Sunday 4th October at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London!

Cure EB Family Day is a free event for EB families to connect, have fun, and catch up on the latest EB research news.

Join us for lunch, and then while the adults hear from EB experts, the children will be entertained with games and crafts, run by Sharky & George. There will also be plenty of time for tea and cake so that families can catch up with old friends and make some new ones!

PHOTO PERMISSIONS: We will have a photographer at the event who will be taking photos to use on our website, social media and printed publications. By attending this event we will presume that you are happy for your photo to be taken for these purposes. Please email us to let us know the names of anyone you would NOT like this to apply to.*
* To facilitate this, we may ask attendees to wear a sticker on the day which will help us to identify those with/without photo permissions.

About Cure EB

Cure EB funds medical research to find a cure for epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a severe genetic skin condition that leads to blistering and skin loss at the slightest friction. Children with the condition are often referred to as 'Butterfly Children' as their skin is said to be as 'fragile as a butterfly's wings'.

What we want most is for children and adults to fly free from the pain of EB and make the blisters and wounds stop.
