CURIO Music festival is many things: It is mystique; it is maximalism; it is mischief; it is madness.

To summarise, a magpie flies around throughout the mysterious city of Manchester, sometimes venturing a little further, collecting together its many shiny trinkets: a heavy metal band here, a performance art group there, making a rattle to spread the word.
