QSA2025 in LIVERPOOL

EACH TICKET INCLUDES ONE WELCOME DRINK, A TWO-COURSE HOT/COLD BUFFET and a £10 CHARITY DONATION.

SCHEDULE (TBC):

• 5.30pm arrival for pink carpet reception
• 6.30pm awards ceremony, including dinner, begins
• approximately 10.30pm awards end followed by further networking
• Free after party at Heaven for those wanting to continue the evening's celebrations!

NOTES ON TICKETS:

• All students should present a valid NUS extra card/TOTUM card when checking-in at the venue. We will also accept UNIDAYs, StudentBeans or a valid student ID as per the event terms and conditions. 
• Tables seat 10 individuals and the seats will be allocated by event management - guests can make requests to the team. 

FOOD AND DRINK:

• Please provide your dietary requirements for the buffet so that we can ensure this caters for all guests - this includes any meat and/or dairy free diets, allergies and/or intolerances only.
• The welcome drink included is prosecco, with a non-alcoholic alternative.
• There will be bar for additional drinks.

CHARITY DONATION:

The QSAs have partnered with LGBTQ+ inclusion charity Diversity Role Models, with £3,131.24 donated since 2021. This year 50% of the charity donation from ticket sales will go to them, with the remaining 50% going to the LGBTQ+ charity chosen by our 'Queer of the Year'.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO BOOK GROUP TICKETS:

If purchasing more than one ticket, the person making the booking (the buyer) will need to provide the following information for each attendee at the time of booking. Tickets purchases without the following information provided will be rejected and refunded:

• Dietary requirements
• Non-alcoholic alternatives during the reception
• Reasonable adjustments
• Film and photography permissions
• Communication preference from QSA2025 partners
• Any 'Queer Power' playlist suggestions

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS:

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets can be transferred to another individual and changes to dietary requirements will be catered for provided the transfer happens at least 10 working days before the event. Beyond this we can not guarantee this but we will certainly endeavour to ensure no one goes without food :) 
• Transfers must be requested by email to hello@thequeerstudentawards.co.uk no later than 24 hours before the event.
