QSA2026 in MANCHESTER

EACH TICKET INCLUDES A WELCOME DRINK AND A TWO-COURSE HOT & COLD BUFFET WITH SIDES. 
Additional selected drinks from the venue's bar menu can be pre-ordered for your table prior to the event. More details to follow once ticket sales have closed. 

SCHEDULE:

• 5.30pm arrival for pink carpet reception in Hotel Reception
• 6.30pm dinner service, buffet self-service (The Storehouse)
• 8pm awards presentations and speeches including entertainment (The Storehouse)
• further networking until 11.30pm (The Storehouse)

NOTES ON TICKETS:

• All students should present a valid NUS extra card/TOTUM card when checking-in at the venue. We will also accept UNIDAYs, StudentBeans or a valid student ID as per the event terms and conditions
• Tables seat up to 10 individuals and the seats will be allocated by event management - guests can make requests to the team during checkout

FOOD AND DRINK:

• Please provide your dietary requirements for the buffet so that we can ensure this caters for all guests - this includes any meat and/or dairy free diets, allergies and/or intolerances only. Unfortunately, the venue can not cater for preferences
• The welcome drink choices include prosecco, bottled beer, house wine with non-alcoholic alternatives also provided
• There will be a cash free bar for additional drinks

INFORMATION NEEDED TO BOOK GROUP TICKETS:

If purchasing more than one ticket, the person making the booking (the buyer) will need to provide the following information for each attendee at the time of booking. Tickets purchases without the following information provided will be rejected and refunded:

• Name and email of each attendee (this can not be updated at a later date)
• Dietary requirements
• Meal and drink choices
• Reasonable adjustments
• Film and photography permissions
• Communication preference from QSA2025 partners

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS:

• All ticket sales are final
• Tickets can be transferred to another individual, however we not guarantee changes to dietary requirements will be catered for if the transfer requested is less than 4 weeks before the event. We will certainly endeavour to ensure no one goes without food.
• Transfers must be requested by email (hello@thequeerstudentawards.co.uk) no later than 24 hours before the event.
  

NO SHOWS (free tickets only):

• Please be aware that we may need to ask to charge for the cost of your meal and welcome drink if you are unable to attend on the evening.
