American Carnage (Rhino Fest @ Jarvis Square)

A dark comedy of where we have been and where we are going. Jumping from the antebellum South of 1865 to 2017, this farce follows Harper's journey from bride-to-be to kidnapped free woman, exploring America's unfinished struggle through unexpected comedy and raw revelations.

Jarvis Square Theater is located at 1439 W. Jarvis Ave, in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Parking on nearby streets is generally free, but it can be tricky to find a spot in the evening, so budget extra time if arriving by car. Jarvis Square is an accessible first-floor venue with no stairs and two bathrooms.

All tickets are offered on a pay-what-you-can sliding scale, with a suggested donation of $20. Beverages will be offered for purchase at the box office.
