CUSEC is a student-led software engineering conference for students across Canada that has educated and inspired many for the last 23 years. Founded in 2002 by tech enthusiasts, it offers diverse tech knowledge shared by speakers, a chance to network with sponsoring companies, and make lifelong friendships within a safe and comfortable space.

STANDARD TICKETS INCLUDE: Access to all of CUSEC's main events, including speeches, workshops, keynotes, panels, and events.
VIP TICKETS INCLUDE: Standard Ticket, exclusive CUSEC merchandise and exclusive time for VIPs only in the sponsor booth room.

Hotel Information: We have negotiated room rates at Le Centre Sheraton. The pricing is 203 CAD a night, plus taxes and fees. For any occupant over 2 people, there is an additional 10 CAD per night charge. Maximum 4 people per room.
The hotel's site at checkout lists the additional occupant fee as 40 CAD per person. YOU CAN IGNORE THIS. This will be changed prior to or at checkin.

NOTE: For Presale Tickets, you must receive your code from your Head Delegate/Organizer or CUSEC Organizer, either directly or from a public post. Delegate schools participating in the pre-sale may have guestlists. If you did not receive a pre-sale code, you'll have a chance at our general sale.

NOTE: Tickets are for admission only. They do not cover accommodation, travel to the venue, or meals. Please contact your Head Delegates or info@cusec.net with any questions.

REFUND POLICY: It is strictly forbidden to re-sell a CUSEC ticket above the purchased price. Refunds are available 30 days after purchase or until December 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST), whichever is earlier. If you cannot attend anymore, reach out to info@cusec.net and CC your head delegate if you have one. We will do our best to assist you.
