CSN Café Munich: Hosted by Flowers-Software - October 2024

CSN Cafés are designed for Customer Success Professionals of all levels (including those who want to get into the industry) to meet, discuss challenges and share best practices in the industry.

This is the First CSN Café in Munich! 🎉

Did you know that according to Sales Navigator, there are more then 1000 Customer Success Professionals in Munich? 🤯
How many do you know? Probably less then 2%!

The Munich CSN Café series aims to change that!
Our goal is for these Cafés to become a fun, bonding & learning space - for the Munich Customer Success Family.

This time we will meet at Flowers Software GmbH, Hansastraße 10 in the Munich Westend, on the 10th of October 2024, at 6.30PM
(they have a rooftop terrace 🚀)

The official topic will be AI in Customer Success. The setting will be informal and the main goal is to bring the most awesome Customer Success People from within Munich’s ecosystem together!
