Customer Success Network is happy to host a session for all Customer Success lovers in the center of Madrid. We will be getting together at International LAB (Calle de Bailén 41, Madrid). to learn from our colleagues and share our experiences in an informal and fun way.

• 7:00 pm - "Key Account Management tools for Customer Success" by Santiago Blanco, Head of Customer Solution Management at AWS
• 7:30 pm - Q&A and Closing
